By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

* Please make sure that your Twitter account is set to “Public”.

You can enter the competition using a smartphone, tablet or PC. Please note that you may not be able to enter the competition on all devices and browsers.

Please note that if any of the following conditions are met prior to the notification of the prize, the prize will be void.
・ If you do not follow the official campaign Twitter account “@magiclandprj” or “@animaklink”.
・ If your account has been deleted before the gift is sent
・ If you cancel your tweet before the present is sent
・ If your account has been made private
・If your settings do not allow you to receive direct messages

【Eligibility.】
・ You must have a Twitter account.
If you do not have a Twitter account, please go to the official Twitter website and obtain one at your own risk.
・You must have set your Twitter account to public.
・ You must be following the official Twitter account of this campaign “@magiclandprj” or “@animaklink”.
・ You must have retweeted a post from the official campaign account “@magiclandprj” or “@animaklink” within this period.
・ You must agree to all the terms and conditions of this application form.
・ If you are a minor, you must have the consent of a person with parental authority.

[Drawing and announcement of winners]
Winners will be selected by a strict draw.
The winner will be notified by direct message (DM) to the Twitter account used to enter the competition after mid-January 2022.

* Please note, however, that due to unavoidable circumstances there may be delays in contacting you or sending your order.
* Please note that Twitter DMs can only be sent by the official campaign account. Please note that we will not be able to reply to you.
* Please do not change your Twitter account ID until the end of January 2022. If you change your Twitter ID, your entry may be voided.

・ All communication charges for entries and enquiries to this campaign are the responsibility of the entrant.
・ The Company will not be liable for the content of any postings made by entrants on Twitter, including those relating to this campaign, or for any problems that may arise between entrants and third parties in relation to such postings.
・ In the event of any dispute between the entrant and any third party in relation to the entry into this campaign, the Company shall not be liable for the dispute and the entrant shall resolve the dispute at its own risk and expense and shall not cause any damage to the Company.
・ This campaign is not sponsored by Twitter and is subject to its own terms and conditions, which you should check at your own risk.
・ The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by the entrant or any third party, including but not limited to loss of information, or inability to enter the Campaign due to maintenance or malfunction of the Twitter service, or malfunction of the entrant’s communication device or the service provided by the communication carrier. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the entrant or any third party.
・ The Company reserves the right to take any necessary action, including blocking accounts, if the Company believes that an entrant is in breach of these Terms and Conditions and will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the entrant in connection with such action.
・ The rights won in this campaign are not transferable to third parties.
・The laws of Japan will apply to all matters relating to this campaign and these Terms and Conditions.

【Prohibitions】
Submissions or actions that fall into any of the following categories are prohibited. Please note that these postings will not be considered as valid entries to this campaign.

・Posts that violate or may violate any or all of the provisions of the law, public order and morals, these Terms of Entry, or Twitter’s Terms of Service.
・ Submissions that infringe or may infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights or other rights or interests of any third party.
・ Postings that slander or defame the Company or others
・ Post using the BOT function
・ Posting for commercial purposes
・ Postings that induce criminal activity
・ Photos promoting obscenity, child pornography or the sexual exploitation of children, or any other postings that may be offensive to third parties.
・ Posts containing personal information
・ Interfere with the operation of this campaign
・ Other acts similar to those listed in the preceding items.
